Stop the Tree Destruction

Photos below of at least 8 large, mature trees removed at Travis Pointe near the UUAA border.

And now, Travis Pointe has submitted to request a deviation of local ordinance to allow the destruction of 244 more trees with no plans for replacement or relocation.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Come speak up at the Board of Appeals meeting, 4/21 7pm Lodi Township Hall, 3755 Pleasant lake Rd.
Write the Board of Appeals members and the Board of Trustees members.

Lodi Twp: Notice of Board of Appeals Meeting 4/21/26

Lodi Township Board of Appeals will meet on April 21, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Lodi Township Hall 3755 Pleasant Lake Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48103, to hear the request from Travis Point Country Club, 2829 Travis Pointe Rd. Ann Arbor, MI 48103. Lodi Township Parcel #M-13-13-400-008 (115.67 acres) & M-13-24-100-002 (63 acres) to appeal Ordinance #54.0 Section O-1&2, Section I-3&4 to remove 244 regulated trees throughout the Golf Course property without being required to provide tree relocation or replacement.

Questions, comments, and requests for auxiliary aids or services for individuals with disabilities should be made to the Lodi Township Offices during working hours, Monday-Thursday 9:00am – noon.
